Who Is PTA?
Abby Reinke Elementary School PTA is a collective group of parents, families, friends, administrators, teachers, and community partners who are devoted to the educational success of children and the promotion of parent involvement in our school. We just want to make a difference.
The Executive Board meets monthly all year long to plan and budget for programs and events that happen at ARES. Our leadership team works closely with Principal Mr. Cole and our Teacher Liaison Mrs. Dyer to ensure that all programs and events sponsored and funded by PTA are in the best interest of the students. The PTA is much more than a board of 11 people. It also contains dozens of Committee Chairs, Room Parents, and Volunteers who dedicate thousands of hours each year to help our school be its best. Without all of you ARES PTA would not exist, and our children would not have the resources our PTA provides each child on campus. PTA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit association that prides itself on being a powerful voice for all children, a relevant resource for families and communities, and a strong advocate for public education. Membership in PTA is open to any one who wants to be involved and make a difference for the education, health, and welfare of children and youth. |
